having pains in the walls.....?

I've been having what I can only describe as sharp pains in the walls of my vagina?? It's not just when I have sex or anything, it happens just out of the blue... I'm not really sure what it could be from.. my last pap from Sep of last yr came back abnormal, I just went in yesterday to get another one? Any opinions could be helpful.

The one possibility that could fit this is endometriosis, or another possibility is something could be going on with your nerves. I would let the dr know that this is going on if you didn't get a chance to yesterday.
