As I see him get inside the restaurant, I notice he keeps the money and then comes back to me saying: "done"
I saw what he did but told him nothing... What do you make of this?

I hope this guy is not someone you really care about because he is a real jerk. You should let him know you saw this and tell him what you think about it.

you should have said something at the table before you even left the restaurant and left the tip then if he didn't. maybe he didn't have the money and didn't want to be embarrassed. either way now the guy looks like a cheap skate, a liar, and a really bad choice for a boy friend.

Should of called his hand. Waitresses make well below minimum wage. They have to live and raise families just the same as we do.

He's untrustoworthy - why didn't you confront him about it?
Why would you give some random guy money to give to your waitress? If you liked her enough to give her money after you left the restaurant, then why didn't you give your waitress the money yourself? =)

maybe he was trying to tell u in so many words to tip the waitress yourself..she still would not have known you tipped her and thought she did something wrong even if he brought it to her..if you took the time to make sure he did it then why wouldnt you go in and give it to her..you are ignorant people!!!..dont get all offended at me..you asked the question so expect the answer
