i would say India. being an indian i know how corrupt our poltitions are. all the money the government has never reaches the civilians, because the lazy and stupid polititions eat all of it. from what u see everyday you think india is a poor country, but let me assure u that is not the case. the government has a lot of money from all the tax they collect, but the polititions take a lot of it and use to campaign again for reelction. half of out populations is illiterate, so they believe whatever the polititions say, and vote for them. the polititions are so lazy, all they do it either stay home, or go to prostitution sites, or are involved in illegal activities like human trafiking. the government workers have to be bribed to get the job done. people should not have to pay to get a goverment worker to do his job, but government workers look for whoevr gives the money gets his work done. polititions are so lazy, they hire people to do the work for them. they dont even do thier most basic duties as a minister or whatever.
