I need animated satan / Devil / demon . or just a picture.. as scary as possible. and a scream voice or some scary voice .

This may seem useless given your question, but perhaps there's merit in artwork that depicts a caricature of Satan being beaten up by Adolf Hitler, Saddam Hussein, Osama bin Laden and other menaces.
Regarding the voice, there's probably some free software at a place like

that can modify your own voice or anyone else's to make it sound evil, not unlike the Goa 'uld of Stargate SG-1.

I wouldn't say Lucifer, Use a depiction of a Demon perhaps but not Satan and a Demonic voice. Because Lucifer was God's greatest Angel and therefore a beautiful Creature, probably not what your looking for.

if i were you, i wouldn't use something as concrete as "the devil's voice" in your art. not thought-provoking.
try clips of voices through time.. how about an abusive parent? hitler? someone telling someone else they're good for nothing?
i don't think the devil is one concrete being... why not try exploring the bits of the devil in our society?
