Depends on the temperature that your freezer is set at. They would freeze at almost the same rate - too close for you to differentiate between.

No dunkin donuts uses the coffee from the day before like the let over coffee. They use that and then they put it in there -- i worked at 29 different ones. they ALL did it. but to make it at home you make whatever kind of coffee you want -- then you pour it into a jug or a cup do not keep it in the coffee maker -- and then when it becomes warm or cold pput half ice half coffee and some milk and sugar !

Coffee would definitely take longer time to freeze.

Exactly how long... that would depend on a lot of things (initial temperature of the coffee, water, freezer, the concentration of the coffee, etc.)

I have always heard an urban legend that states hot water freezes faster than cold water-----have never heard of a comparison of coffee and water--------are you talking hot coffee and cold water or some other combination here?

if the coffe is sweetened, it will reduce the freezing point, if it is honey, it may took less than -40 degree C to freeze it.

ussualy ,make it as thin as possible (5mm), it can froze in an hour

try it!! put coffee in one square thing and water in another. put it in the freezer and time 5 mins and see which one is denser!
