I'm 14 years old and I still don't have my period. I have hairs in all THOSE places, I already started growing breasts (like 2 or 3 years ago) , and I get this discharge. I don't know why I don't have it yet. Should I drink like "Humphrey's 11" or some other medicine?

Don't take any medicine. Give it another year. These things take time. The next to you have a doctor's appointment, mention your concern. If your doctor is concerned about your development, he/she will help you. If not, that you don't need to worry about it. I know it's frustrating to wait. But don't take any strange medicines. You don't need it.

Be very, very glad. All about the whole woman's cycle is expensive,painful,time-consuming and sometimes embarrassing. I didn't start until I was 16 and a junior in high school. I had all the other parts too a few years before. Just make sure you carry "emergency supplies" for when it hits. Let nature take it's course, there is nothing wrong with you! Enjoy the freedom from!!!

Dude, periods suck! DONT be in any rush to get it! Just be grateful that you have boobs and no period! Seriously, it sux! For one week of the month (depending on how long urs lasts) you cant really do anything! Cramps, havin to change your pad or tamp all the time... IT SUX (have i already mentioned that? But just be grateful. I know some ppl who didnt start until they were 15. Maybe you just need another year!

You are very normal. Some girls don't get their periods until age 16 or 17, others as early as 9 or 10. There is no need to try and alter your body's chemistry, and doing so may be very harmful. Just b/c other girls may have had theirs already does not mean you 'need' to get yours anytime soon. You may want to ask your doctor if it is a big concern for you, but he/she will most likely tell you what I did! Also, some girls don't menstruate because their body fat is very low.

Ther is a wide range of normal. The four girls in my family got periods at 12,13,and 14; 2 of my cousins were 11; my mom was 15. I also know someone who was 16.
All of us are moms with no probs whatsoever.

This is normal. Some girls get their period late, and there's nothing wrong with it. It sounds like you should expect it soon. You normally start your period 2-3 years after you start growing breasts so... heads up!

No - You shouldn't drink that stuff. Your body is working at it's own pace . . . . .Some things come before others do. My cousin was 17 years old when she started menstrating. There's nothing to be worried about.
