Probably slap me! But with good reason. I would never tell her to shut up. It's so disrespectfull.

I am of the older generation, you see. I would have picked myself up out of the corner of the room where I landed after she smacked the doodoo out of me! The truth is, the punishments I got never stunted my growth and made me a better person. Discipline with love really works! Good luck!

That would be a big no no with my mother. We are supposed to respect our mothers and telling them to shut up shows absolutely no respect. My mother would put me in my place pretty quick.

If I had ever summoned up enough nerve (which I never did) she would have clobbered me big time. She was a doting mother but she could give you a certain look that would make you you almost pee your pants when you sassed her.

I have told her and she just looks at me in disbelief, lol. When i was younger she would slap me.

She yelled @ me when I did. She would probably slap my mouth if I said it again. She slapped my mouth before.
