Where to find anti-fog in pokemon diamond?!?

I need to find anti-fog in pokemon diamond! Where it at?

Defog is found in 'Great Marsh' the city to the west of Paltoria (sp..). Head into the safari zone and talk to the first person you see, he'll give you the HM for Defog.
