creamy peanut butter on 'buttermilk-bread' with a mixture of:
orange-marmelade
grape jam (not jelly) ... and
red raspberry preserves in about equal proportions
two of these sandwiches and a cup of fresh ground *coffeine* on a half-hour commute starts the day out pretty nicely [wrapped in a couple paper towels]
