An insight as to what erroneous zones are and the awakening of those areas within myself and thus developing the ability to reduce their effects so as to help me be more original and spontaneous was what I got from reading that book. And some 40 years later I'm still with it and still enjoy the help. Thanks Dr. Dyer.

Wayne Dyer has written so many great books. It's interesting how over time what he writes about has changed. In the 1970 and 80's his books were about self-help and personal growth. Then he wrote about enlightenment and empowerment in the 90's. He went deep into the spiritual and metaphysical. Now he's completely into transcendentalism.
He's a lot like Oprah Winfrey in that way, as they mature, what they seek out in life changes. Great reading.
