Writing allows us to get things off our chest without having to open up to anyone else. Writing allows us to clear our heads and let our emotions flow.

That is a good example of how you feel. Getting it off your chest. Keep it up it's good stuff and it more than likely made you feel better.

God bless and best wishes!

This is very touching. Writing and talking about it usually soothes a broken heart.

Do not spend too much time doing that because you need to move on and stop pining. Get some new friends and go places to take your mind off the other party.

That was pretty good.
But i prefer writing about extremely depressive things. It actually helps and it makes you very emotional. It actually makes me feel like i have no hope left. But for some extremely odd reason i would rather be unhappy. It soothes me and it sometimes is a form of beauty. But thats just me being my poetic and strange self. Im sure the case is not the same for you.

By the way, YOU GOT A *PROBLEM* WITH EMOS KEATON????

Writing does soothe a broken heart because it helps the individual release their feelings on paper. It is also a good way to help get rid of negative energy.

Writing or just talking to someone can help soothe a broken heart. It's just a way to anchor yourself from the drama to help keep you from getting depressed. do what is best for you and you'll feel better.

Writing is a visual message of your hearts pain. Just like drawing, dancing, singing (listening).

I love the poem. I could feel the way you felt when you wrote it. Seriously

Only if you write about happy subject matter. NOT things that will further remind you of the relationship or the person that is no more. Same fgoes or music. Do NOT listen to music that would remind you of your together times.
