I watch both of these shows and I like both of them,but I would have to say that House is a little better than bones.

Not fair!!! I love both. Both are character driven. I do miss the original boss on Bones, though; I don't like the new lady. She seems unprofessional and lacks leadership. I do like the romance between Angela and Hodges. And I was an Angel fan, so naturally I'd have to see what else David B. is doing.
I like all the characters on House, too. Cameron has come a long way as has Chase-- they were sort of bland to start with, not well developed characters. I started watching though because I wanted to see if Hugh Laurie could do drama. I'd only seen him in comedies before. I was hooked from episode one.

I would like them both much better if Fox wouldn't cancel everything else on its network and replace them with constant reruns of Bones and House. I don't much care for either of these shows - they are clever, but are very formulaic.
I think the best show on Fox by far is Prison Break.

Both shows are awesome but my favorite out of the two is Bones
