Are you nursing? If a woman gets a candida overgrowth in her breasts it will cause burning and itching nipples.

If you aren't nursing, perhaps this is allergies or a reaction to detergent or a certain fabric?

Depends on what you've been doing.
Could be an allergic reaction to detergent when you washed your bra, or a new bra with a lining that you're sensitive to.
Could be a mild fungal or viral infection if your mate has been sucking on them, or they might have simply been a little rough and its like a blood blister or hickey.
Could be something a little deeper, such as a cyst that is blocking one of the milk ducts and the milk is either fermenting or causing pressure on the nerves.
I find that right around my period my breasts get tender and I take vitamin E to help that (works well).

But if it continues or you can't figure out a logical reason for it, you should see your doctor.

the same thing happened to me when i was about 4 or 5weeks along, you could be pregnant. if your young they could still be growing. also if you don't change your bra everyday that would do it also try a different soap.
