I got that way several times. Try eating very small meals, more like snacks. Eat foods that are light on your stomach. Stay away from greasy fried foods. There is a condition where women have morning sickness all the time. My sis had it. she had to go on medication for it because she was losing so much weight. If it continues or you start losing weight, ask your OB about it. Otherwise, just try changing your eating habits.

I exactly know the feeling.. once I eat only then do I find out that whatever I had did not agree with me. Stick with healthy good stuff that seems to be ok for you to tolerate and eat small portions and snacks throughout. It really helps cut down nausea. Good luck

This can be very common in pregnancy. I experienced this during the first trimester with my pregnancy. At the time, it was awful, but did get better. Try to drink a lot of fluids so you don't get dehydrated. That happened to me. Good luck, and if it getting unbearable, your doctor can give you some medicine to help you through this.

It's totally normal to feel really sick when pregnant, especially after you eat because pregnancy hormones slow down your entire digestive tract. This means you are also more prone to gas and heartburn and indigestion.

Oh joy!

that is very normal in early pregnancy. both pregnancies i've had, this one and my 2yr old, i actually lost weight in the first and early second trimesters.

try eating crackers and drinking water or caffeine free coke. the coke can help a little to settle your stomach.
