OK, the reciprocal of -1/3 is -3. You flip the number to find the reciprocal. I can't really tell what the problem is, and I know it is hard to type math problems online. But anyway...
So, -1/3 = -3, 9/2 = 2/9, and 4 = 1/4
If you multiply -1/3 by 9/2, it would be -2/6 * 27/6 = -54/6 * 4/1 = -9 * 4 = -36
And the reciprocal of -36 is -1/36.
Hope this helps some!

(-1/3)(9/2)(4)

just multiply across. think of 4 as 4/1

(-1/3)(9/2)(4/1)

multiply the tops (-1 * 9 * 4) = -36
then multiply the bottoms (3 * 2 * 1) = 6

then you have -36/6, which is -6

then the reciprocal. -6, reciprocal is -1/6

multiply them together

( -1/3) * (9/2) * (4)

= -6 or -6/1

reciprocal just means flip the fraction

-6/1 => -1/6
