ATP will be hydrolysed, breaking the loose bond between the second and the third phosphate groups. This highly energetic bond will provide energy for the muscle cells to contract.

ATP breaks off the last phosphate to release energy for the cell to use. That leaves ADP and a phosphate which can be recycled - fastened back together - when more energy is available.

When ATP is used for energy in muscle contraction it becomes ADP. ADP then is recycled and made into ATP again for its continual use in muscle contraction.

it loses a phosphate group, releases the energy stored on the bond, and becomes, um... i think it's called ADP or something to that effect, it's just the same molecule minus one phosphate group
