Movement, look at sponges and plant, for example. Locomotion is not a requirement for life.

Um I would say homeostasis actually
....The characteristics of life can be remembered as MRSGREN....which is Movement, Reproduction, Senstivity, Growth, Respiration, Extretion and Nutrition....
As homeostasis (which is warm blooded animials maintaining a constant body temperature) is not a requirement (and as we have lots of cold blooded animals or poikeotherms...) its has to be that!

No. i found the examine encouraging and thanks for it. From the article: "8 state legislatures have presented resolutions putting forward state sovereignty less than the 9th and 10th amendments to the U.S. structure; they comprise Arizona, Hawaii, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and Washington. there is theory that they're going to be joined through Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Nevada, Maine and Pennsylvania." My state isn't on that list. i'm left questioning no matter if to spearhead the kind of action in my state or to bypass to at least one in each of those states.
