It sounds like you are pregnant to me. Have you taken a test??? From reading and talking to docs, bbt charts are not always accurate, and it doesnt always tell you when you ovulate.
Some women dont have temperature shifts that are really significant anyway....I would tell you to take a test..if it says negative...wait a week or so and take it again..if you want to be certain have the doc draw blood...good luck and baby dust to you.

Like others have mentioned, you may be pregnant. However, you may also not be and just experiencing some of the side effects of clomid. Clomid increases your eggs, maybe this could be causing your abdominal pain. In short, it may be both. Good luck regardless!

Since you're just on cycle day 18 and your temps haven't risen to indicate ovulation then yes, this is PMS.

Your temperature will ALWAYS rise after you ovulate to let you know it occurred.

The only other possibility is that you are pregnant and that explains why you have not ovulated - i.e. maybe you conceived in your LAST cycle.

How long has your temp stayed elevated? If more than 21 days, then you are pregnant for sure.

I used fertilityfriend too. Just try to remember that it's not God. :) Also, you may be wanting to be pg so bad that you're making those things happen to yourself. I know that happened to me for a few months. :( I finally decided to IGNORE all pregnancy symptoms and I got pregnant lol
