Has anyone noticed that on the back of McDonalds' burger buns there is always a white spot? What's that about? Any reason it is there?

Its the flour. when you bake bread the most important ingrediant to not let the bread stick to the pan is flour.
So when they put the flour on the table to cut and knead it they always put it on the bottom so it doesnt stick to the table. so all that is, is flour from baking. dont worry its not mold!!

They are just there sometimes. It's still safe for consumption. It's toasted unevenly.
