If you're referring to the recently discovered 'dark matter galaxy', it probably does have a few stars. It was only called such because a cloud of gas was discovered to be rotating there, suggesting a much greater mass than the (otherwise apparently empty) space would suggest.

hun...dude if a galaxu does not have planets or stars may not be a galaxy, but is it has other type of stuff similar to our galaxy then it may not be a galaxy and planets are stars and stars are planets from what i've been told ones.

Perception of such a galaxy is impossible. Since the perception(what we see)is dependent on electro-magnectic radiation(light)emited from stars/and or planets. Thus, no light=no stars=no perception of said light. We cannot see something which does not emitt light. So, if such a Galaxy does exist we would never be able to locate it because we would not be able to perceive it.
