When I do my 1 legged stunt on the groud or up in the air my ankle won't quit wiggling...what do I do?

Stand on one foot like a flamingo. Stay there and keep your balance for as long as you can. This will strengthen your ankle for the type of stunting you are doing. I tell my girls to do this while they are talking on the phone at home, doing dishes, primping in front of the mirror, and so forth. Another thing to think about when you're in the air; are you "pinching a penny" between your butt cheeks? This usually helps keep you tight when stunting. Good Luck and happy flying!

Do exercises, like stand near a counter or a bar and go from flat foot to the ball of your foot 50 times, and you could practice standing on it also.

Do some strengthening exercises. Also, is your secondary base using a hamburger grip on your foot? That helps.

act like you are standing on snow or ice and trying not to fall through... that should even out the weight on your foot....it always works for me!
