The most obvious places would be to Green Bay or Buffalo but I wouldnt count Tennesse out. If he goes to Green Bay or Tennesse he will be traded for a 2nd and 3rd or later draft pick. If he goes to Buffalo, he will be traded for a 3rd rounder and Terrence Mcgee, they have already gotten rid of their entire team why not finish it off.

*Edit*
He signed a one year restricted free agent tender. Which gives them room to trade him and they will. The article is below.

Neepo13 is right, the Chargers signed him because he had to be under contract so they could trade him.
I am a Chargers fan and I wish they would keep him because he is the best #2 back in the NFL, without a doubt, but because they only need him as a third down back and kick-returner and he would likely start for 20 other teams if they had him, I expect he will not last through the day tomorrow before being traded.
I hope Buffalo makes the deal and Mcgee is part of the package but at any rate San Diego will need A safety, a Line Backer and at least one big play receiver out of this draft/trade season.
I think Tennesee will get Turner and if they do, San Diego will be getting short changed.

I think Tennessee will take him but I heard San Diego is asking for a #1 from next years draft. I think that price is to high so maybe Tennessee will offer a #2 or a #3 from next years draft.

I'd hate to see him go cause he's probably the most valuable "depth" on the team, but he's a highlight reel waiting to happen, and i know i'd enjoy watching him run every week. But anyways, my bet is the Titans cause they seem to be really trying to get better, and word on the street is they're offering a 1st rounder in 2008. But if the Titans get alot better in 2008 then it'll be a low 1st rounder, so we just wait and see if AJ bites.

- He needs to be signed in order to be traded -

They just re-signed him, so I believe you are off base here.
