The Environmental Impact Assessment Law (EIA Law)requires an environmental impact assessment to be completed prior to eating PORK SKINS. However, if YOU AKA THE EATER completely ignores this requirement and CONSUMES THE PORK SKINS without submitting an environmental impact statement, the only penalty is that the environmental protection bureau (EPB) may require the EATER AKA YOU to do a make-up environmental assessment. If THE EATER AKA YOU does not complete this make-up assessment within the designated time, only then is the EPB authorized to fine THE PORK SKIN CONSUMER. Even so, the possible fine is capped at a maximum of about $25,000 USD, a fraction of the overall cost of most major brands of PORK SKIN BAGS. The lack of more stringent enforcement mechanisms has resulted in a significant percentage of CONSUMERS AKA YOU not completing legally required environmental impact assessments prior to consumption.
SO IN CLOSING, NOT REALLY MUCH WOULD HAPPEN. BUT THE MORE IMPORTANT QUESTION IS...WHY ARE YOU EATING PORK ANYWAY. THAT'S NASTY. (except bacon because that tastes good!)
