I don't think you read the whole question guys, Metallica is on Beavis' T-Shirt now, but originally His T-Shirt had
the name SLAYER on it !
So I'm going to eenie meenie on this one!

Metallica has always been Metallica. There were names they were considering such as Metal Mania and Hesse before the band was created, but chose Metallica instead.
