i had 2 periods for the month of april which has never happen before, my breast have gotten bigger and my nipples have been sore, what does this mean? im regurarly supposed to be on my period this week?but have not started, is it because i already had two?whats going on?

The two periods you saw might have actually been a period and then implantation bleeding after conception, especially if you are having early pregnancy symptoms like sore nipples and increase in breast size.
If you are expecting a period and it still hasn't come a pregnancy test will be very accurate if taken right now.

I had this happen to me before when i was young and i wasnt even sexually active yet. so i would wait it out. it may just be a growth spurt (ur breasts keep growing into your early 20's) and hormones.
if you dont get another period in 4 wks. take a test. if your periods arent regular you cant expect one to come on after u have just had 2.
are u on any birth control? this would have an effect too.

Maybe the second period you had was implantation bleeding. I am 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and am spotting and have been for 1 week now.

You might be pregnant. I would go get a pregnancy test. If that doesnt work then I would make a doctors appointment. If your not on birth control they might ask if youd like to be. This normally regulates your periods.

Are you taking the pill or any other form of internal contraception?
Sometimes these can cause swelling and tenderness, but its well worth having a preg test.

Your probaly pregant umm if your nipples are turning brownish and if your having fatigue and wierd cravings and if you had unprotected sex then yeah you should take a test and go to the doctor

take a pregnancy test. if it's negative, check with your gyno.
