SpongeBob is NOT GAY, he was just ADOPTED. He is Obviously NOT a natural sea sponge (they are puffy and shapeless) he is Obviously a rectangular, manufactured, SYNTHETIC CELLULOSE KITCHEN SPONGE…!

They just haven’t shown the episode where he was sucked down someone’s kitchen drain (like Finding Nemo, only in reverse) and wound up in Bikini Bottom where his parents adopted him. They were probably just afraid that DC would think it was too similar to Superman’s origin and sue their pants off.

(I have to agree with you, the french maid outfit WAS a little overdone….)

You must also remember that some persons who indulge in homosexual acts share the same type of behavior patterns as children who are persistently selfish and demand getting their way.

They say, "Why CAN'T I have a pony? I TOLD you that he can sleep in my room and eat my vegetables! And you STILL won't give him to me? You DON'T love me after all! You HATE me! You HATE me! WAAAAAH! WAAAAH!"

Children often have unrealistic ideas of what life is like or what is really possible, and children often say they want to marry Mommy or Daddy when they grow up. But as the growing up process continues, most children realize that there are good and sufficient reasons why they can't have a pony, or marry Mommy or Daddy, or their friend of the same sex.

Some do not. I feel sorry for them. Not that there is anything wrong with them wasting their lives that way, but come on! The rest of the world isn't going to say that life really works that way just because they're going to kick their heels and scream or hold their breath till they turn blue! Why should all of society allow ourselves to pay a ransom, when it is themselves who are writing the kidnapping note?

Anyhow, SpongeBob and Patrick do not perform homosexual acts. They are just immature, and they are funny BECAUSE they act immature in an adult world. It's played up for comedy. It is absurd to point to SpongeBob and Patrick and say that they support homosexuality, even though I have heard people say this before. They don't support it any more than the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote support violence.

I suppose that people who look around and see that their behavior is immature and are not willing to change have to grasp at straws to make it seem normal, and to make everybody else seem wrong.

Go ahead and enjoy SpongeBob. There's nothing wrong with it.

No I highly doubt that he's GAY. I mean, this is NICKELODEON we're talking about. I'm pretty sure that Stephen Hillenburg has the brains to keep out swear words and other PG-13 rated stuff out of the show.
