Did you know that the colored properties on the Monopoly board are actually based on real places in a real city....What city is it?

The game is so popular and well selling that every day more money is printed for Monopoly than for the US Treasury. True or False.

Monoploly was produced by Parker Brothers. Because they were British they used London as the location of their game. The streets, districts, stations were all able to be located in London.
Mayfair, Park Lane, Old Kent Road, Trafalgar Square, Bond Street, Oxford Street, Liverpool Station are just some of the places mentioned, and they exist even now.

It might sound like a ridiculous claim but I think that it is true that more money is printed for monopoly than the US treasury prints for US needs.

Atlantic City, New Jersey. In 1972, the Atlantic City Commissioner of Public Works threatened to change the names of the real Baltic and Mediterranean Avenues, but public outcry vetoed the bill.

and since Parker Brothers probably doesn't print money for the game every day i think what you were trying to say was, "more monopoly money is printed (on average) every day than the U.S. mint prints in a full year"

Escape maps, compasses and files were inserted into Monopoly game boards smuggled into POW camps inside Germany during World War II. Real money for escapees was slipped into the packs of Monopoly money.

that's what I heard anyways.
