This question is actually a personal one. It aims to know how well *you* can work with others.

My advise is, try to think of all your strengths and how each strength can help the team. For example, you can say that I'm good at and I think this can contribute to the entire team by . Aside from strengths in terms of skills/talents, think about your attitude towards work, how you handle pressure, etc. A good team member should not only be good at what he/she does, he/she should also know how to cooperate with the other team members, learn how to follow guidelines, etc., because working in a company usually requires interaction and sharing of work assignments with co-members. The better you can get along with your other team mates, the more likelihood of enjoying work and becoming more productive in it.

I'm going to guess your Employer has a Performance based Pay scheme.

Essentially you need to show how you have assisted other members of the Team in doing their jobs - every time you assist someone get them to email you a 'thank you' ... print them all out & take them into the Performance Review meeting.

In the 2 weeks before the Review, make sure you discuss assisting others whenever the boss is nearby - for example, 'Hi Brian = do you need any more help with your Presentation ? " or 'Oh Carol - I've thought about your Spreadsheet problem and I think I've got a solution' == most Managers can only remember the last 2 weeks :-)

You could also volunteer to take miniutes at the Team Meetings (only if the boss is there or will find out you did it) - or propose activities that will enhance your Team's performance (again, only of the Boss will agree / find out).

Finally, don't neglect your own work whilst assisting the Team :-)

Start with what skills you bring to the table that other team members don't have, explain that your weaknesses (and admit to some) or areas of development are covered by others and that you feel you can learn from them and you feel that through your co-operative nature that you work well to complete tasks and projects together.
