Their lanugage, Simlish, is a made-up language. Impossible to translate. The creators wanted users to IMAGINE what was being said.

you cant, the language they talk is their language, i tried to find a translator online but you just can't

is like saying: guyowawadotapita!
it means nothing, but in the game, its a word, sims words are just a bunch of vocals, and hey, they sound funny...

and if you want a technical reason...
its almost near impossible to record all the voices and dialogs that a sim can do, i mean they are AI ( Artificial Intelligence ) EA programmers would have a real bad time making their conversations make sense...

It's not possible. They aren't speaking. They only make sounds of their emotions.

You'll notice there are different sounds for whatever they are talking about. Either they are interested, not interested, happy, sad, angry etc.

You can't because they aren't speaking any language. They are speaking gibberish (Not a real language).
