Get a lawyer first and formost. And advise the police station to expect a law suit and they will S*it there pants and try to undo what ever they did wrong. I have had my rights violated like 7000000000 times and now I have my local police by there balls.

Internal Affairs of the police department the officer works for. Also call the media. TV, radio, and newspaper and see if one of them wants to run with it. It all depends on what "rights" were allegedly violated..
