Stay away from others,( I don't want to yell at anybody else or let my pi$$y mood rub off) read a book or veg out in front of the TV with some good snacks, listen to music, go outside and scream(good scream always makes me feel better I guess kind of like crying does)! Good luck!!!

I sit here and read other peoples problems.
Sometimes a nice long shower or bath helps, other times I ride the mood out and hope I don't aggravate too many others along the way, or I go to the gym and work it off, I'm usually shattered after that and don't give a toss how I feel.

I usually clean my whole house top to bottom, while blasting music, and I clean out the closets and throw a ton of things away that I used to like but at the time it all usually is getting on my nerves so I throw out whole outfits, books, everything.

I'm a rebel, what can I say?

I inform my husband that I'm in that mood, then I go hide in my office and crank up the radio. I'll come out when I'm good and ready. Sometimes I take a walk.

Work out...Take a bath( soak and reflect )...Read a book and have a drink( your choice,Just don't become a heavy drinker)....Turn on music and dance the night away.... Cook and Clean....Or call a friend......Join a chat room online...Go to the movies.....Pogo games.... Start dating..Hook up with friends...Anything to clear your thoughts and helps you relax.

I listen to music. Its calming, kinda sorta

I take my motorbike out and get to a long semi-deserted road and speed the hell out of it, works for me! (being mindful of other traffic of course)

l mope for a while, then try to do something to take my mind off of it, when that doesn't work, l eat, then sleep. what's worse is when l don't know why i'm in that mood. ohhhhhhh!!!!

yell at my boyfriend, yell at whoever else is around, cry for no reason, put my head in a pillow and scream, punch a punching bag
