Is it weird to be death obbesed? I am only 12 years old and the sound of death makes me want to find out more. My fravorite storie are about death and I always like talking about it. But the only problem is is that people think it is very weird for me to be interested in death. The onther thing is that I am also afraid of death because it is a time of sorrow and regret. So do I have something wrong with me, cause I am obbesed with death, but i am afraid of it, too?

You're not weird, many people are too. I am deathly afraid of death (is that possible...?) but I suggest you don't spread the word too much.... many people would label you as weird... not that you are.... well I don't know you.... huh.

NO. You're just going through what every teenager goes through at some point. You're learning. You're at an age when you can understand the concepts and be mystified and nervous at the same time. About your age death becomes more of a reality because often people lose family members or friends and they start to question and examine life and death. It is a very interesting topic because it is one of the greatest unknowns. It's a fact of life but it is virtually unpredictable and comes in various forms. You're perfectly normal, don't worry. Just don't live your life in fear of dying, be sure to live.

R u weird yes. But everyone is weird, its to what extent u R weird. Being obsessed iwth e=death is normal. Take it from My Chem, they are happy dudes and just love life, but death is one of the main subjects in their music. Espacially in 3 Cheers For Swett Revenge. But soon, you wil come to realize its the onyl thing in life that isnt unpredictable. Its gonna happen and when it does happen it shuld be a god thing bcuz u r becoming a ew person in a new life. An afterlife, and you should try to remember all the good things in life when you die. Thtas why no life shuld be wasted, you should try to make a difference in this world cuz life is short, you should live it like it's forever.

No there is nothing wrong with being curious about the unknown. There are so many stories surrounding death like heaven and hell, reincarnation etc it's bound to make you think about it. And there is nothing wrong with being afraid of death as that is only a natural reaction to something we have no control over.

No, you are not weird. I'm not that obbsed like you to death but a like that subject, I like to read and hear music about death. You are not the only one. And about that thing of being afraid to death, don't be because is the only thing that humans have secure.

Its not weird Its is a very interesting subject. But I have delt with death many times and its nothing small of the worst feeling you'll ever feel.

Wow, that's exactly how I was at that age. You'll grow out of it when you have a little more life experience with death (like losing a family member) and when you become more mature.
