Bush was talking about taking out Iraq during his first election campaign. They showed the video on CNN. Nobody really took that very seriously at the time apparently.

It's the 411 conspiracy. Actually I have nothing for you on conspiracies for what you're stating. The only conspiracy I can think of here is, why did we advertise our intent and wait so long to go into Iraq>? They had all the time in the world to get out all the WMD's, I mean, it's ridiculous!
