What is the best game for Playstation 3 that will be coming out or out already?

I'm about to get a PS3 and i'm not sure which game....
Please be Teen or under (Preferably)

In my opinion the best game for the PS3 that is rated Teen or under out now is Motorstorm. I have Motorstorm and it is a great game. I think that Virtua Fighter 5 may be a good fighting game. If you like RPG games then try out The Elder Scrolls IV: Obilivion. The other game that I have is Resistance Fall of Man, but it is rated M, it is a awesome first person shooting game.

A few future games that I think could be rated Teen and under that will be great games is Lair, Warhawk, Spider Man 3, Burnout 5 and Afrika. But some of the best games coming out for the PS3 this year will most likely be rated M ( The Getaway 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Grand Theft Auto 4, Mercenaries 2)
