Curl up with a good movie and some chocolate. Or even better, go shopping! I know most don't like to do that sort of stuff in the rain, but I enjoy it b/c the stores are less crowded!!! You'll feel better soon!!!

The reason for the fatigue is because of the blood that is coming out with your period. A way that can help ease some of this fatigue is by increasing the level of your iron during this time by eating things like spinach, raisins, and peanut butter (if not allergic to peanuts of course).

Doing this could also help with any cramping you have as well.

It is raining and your on your period. Cheer up. both will pass with time. Think of people with problems that time can't heal.

Fatigue during your period has nothing whatsoever to do with the minscule amount of blood that is actually expelled.
