shoot im sorry im the one with the foreclosure i live in mass.?

the person already bought the house , so what i want to know is if he can kick me out now? or do i have time to find a place to live, technically i am now a tenant.

You're not a tenant, unless he's agreed to let you stay there. What you are, at the moment, is the former owner in the process of vacating the property. What you will be soon is homeless.

He can get you out fairly quickly, but it will take more than a week. Check out livejustice.org, a web site operated by Central MA Legal Services.

He can boot you out with an eviction notice. takes about 7-14 days.
