Things get better when you effect change in your own lifestyle. You need to cultivate a friendship that is lasting. If you are suicidal you would only be hurting your children in a way that will last for a lifetime. It is also a permanent decision for a temporary problem. Call a hot line right now. Of course you will. I was gone for two weeks and came back right away, bang, the addiction started. You will be back soon, you know you will.. Good luck and take care in the real world.
