You should be able to do these, but here's some pointers.
Periods: Use when a sentence is declarative. This means when it is simply stating a fact/opinion.
Commas: Use when a pause is needed.
Capitals: Use at the beginning of each sentence and any proper names.
Apostrophes: Use to form conjuctions of two words.
Question Marks: Use when a question is being posed.
Exclamation Marks: Use when a sentence is strong and forceful.
Quotation Marks: Use when a person is being directly quoted.
