It depends. Be more specific. How hairy are you? Add additional information. It could be that you have brown hair on your legs, arms, face, etc.
Also, it's not exactly normal, but it's not a problem. I know guys who look like monkeys.

Some guys are naturally more hairy than others. It's gentic. Some consider it a sign of verility.
I wouldn't worry about it. You probably went through puberty early. Guys tend to be hairy, sooo...welcome to manhood!

Hairy where? Parts, pits, chest, face? Many guys your age have already started growing body hair. Most will catch up with you. Notice that the ones who make comments probably don't have any hair.
Some girls like hairy guys, some don't.

Each of us human males grow differently than others. It is normal for you to have hair as your parents and grandparents may have had lots of hair. Not to worry and be glad about your body. Be happy you have hair if it makes you look great. It is normal for you heritage to have hair and be hairy. If it bothers you, trim it from time to time. No problem. Good luck

well it depends on where ur hairy...if its down there then yes and its perfectly normal to have facial and chest hair cuz im 13-gettin somme facial hair-have pubic and chest hair

Everyone is different, some people are hairier then others.
