Relations between your company and the call center have broken down. First, your company let the call center borrow a new laser copy machine that the call center has refused to return. Your company has also learned that the call center has been telling its customers that your company has been cheating its customers and breaking contracts, which is untrue.
So specifically, the president wants to know if your company has any civil tort actions that it can bring against the call center.
