Just me and her - no cameras - i was leaving a shopping centre and got this urge to touch her up - you know what i mean. Anyway i did not do it but i could have. would i have been in trouble? maybe she would have liked it.

An urge is an urge, it's normal.
Who knows if she would have liked it or not, but it probably woulda just freaked the hell outta her. You're normal though, it's human nature.

Dear Bio; Get a legal dictionary and look up the definition of "Battery", which goes something like this; Battery; "Harmfull or offensive touching on the person of another without their consent." Physically putting your hands and sexually feeling a female (without her permission) (regardless of age) is a Sexual Battery and in every state it is a criminal offense. There are different degrees of Sexual Battery. If you would have followed through on your "urge" the woman could have gone to her local police department, file a complaint against you, and if there was sufficient evidence you could have been arrested and charge with a crime. All healthy males have this "urge." I have this "urge", physical contact with women bring us men such great pleasure, however, to keep it legal, wait till she "consents", i. e. Regardless of if she likes it or not. Society dictates that she hates it and should report you. Because sex is a bad thing in this society. Just look at TV, cencorship, and so on.

If you had acted on your urge, she may have liked it, though I doubt it. She may have charged you with sexual assault, which I don't doubt that she would have.
