I found it one side very interesting but on the contrarary
very insulting towards Princess Diana. Nevertheless, I still think they killed Princess Di? What is to make of it afterall?

I liked it. Very interesting. Pretty clear that the Queen did not like Diana.

Seen the movie. The Queen came across as cold, distant etc. I don't think the movie deserved an Oscar. It looks like it could have been made for a TV not movie.

Like you said I don't think they had anything to do with Diana death. But what came across is nothing new. The part in the movie where Prince Charles wanted to play a part in the Diana funereal, because he knew public opinion was against him.

I have always held the princess in high regard but i dont believe that the royal family had anything to do with her death other then letten her marry in to thier family i dont think the move was going to show all sides of the story. it should the point of view of the queen, her family, the prime minster. it left out the spencer and the two princes. but the idea of the movie was to show why the royal famly could react to the need of the people and give clue as to why thing may have work out as they did. it is not based in fact as no one in downing street or the palace have ever spoken about the events of that week. maybe know the bliar is going to leave office he will write his life story and give us a clue as to what happen but meeting between the queen and the PM are never talk about.
