Maybe you're being too friendly, if you kno what i mean. Be more flirtatious and drop subtle hints about likeing them. About the guy crushing thing....every guy has different ways of showing it.

If you're in the friend zone with someone it is going to be extremely hard if not impossible to get out of that zone and have a relationship with them.

I think it means that those guys respect and like you but do not have romantic feelings for you. Don't worry, a real crush will come along when it's right. Don't listen to those other guys above either!!
