On my left wrist (underneath my palm) I was rubbing my wrist. (Up and down) there was this clump of something and when I rubbed it moved up and down. It's gone now, but what do you think it was?

Yeah that was only a sign...maybe your was still on the same but hard place for a few minutes and then it comes because blood circulation was stopped through that area.. and then you rubbed and everything come to OK..
may be your hand was on mouse pad of wood... so it causes that...
