Hi everyone-
I work for a media company where my boss is completely awful and treats me like her slave. I used to enjoy the job and hate her but she's made it so that I dont even enjoy my job anymore.
I always wanted to go to law school but it always intimidatedme -both the hard work and the money aspect of it.
I have been waiting for the perfect time to quit as we are pretty busy almost all year round.
Right now would be the perfect time to quit- But should I?
I dont have another job lined up though ideally I'd like to get a job at a law firm to get law experience. I am going to take the LSAT soon and hopefully go to law school next fall.
I guess I'm scared to quit and wind up jobless forever.
I would appreciate everyone's opinions.
Thank you!

You won't end up jobless forever. And, if you're going to law school next fall, you can take any other entry level position, and in most areas, they're not hard to come by, but you need to look now, or else you'd be only able to take a temporary position.

Many businesses allow you to bypass perfect then so it cost not something. once you hand on your written observe tell the guy you may want to really go away quicker and they are virtually particular to allow you go away, yet you should use them as a reference and under no circumstances burn bridges. for the time of your 2 weeks it really is only 10 artwork days, call in unwell a pair and take lengthy lunches and it gained't seem so long.

Good advice that I try to live by... don't quit unless you have another job lined-up to start.

try someother job, give interviews.

once you catch up with new one, then quit this one.

Dont leave it just like that else you will be more tensed.

good luck
