I like to fall, head first down into the valley ....and breathe the air there.

Both / neither. You can't have one without the other, I suppose. When I'm down in the valley I like to look up at the mountains. But when I go walking the whole reason for getting to the top is to look down at the view.

Mountains are too rugged and mountainous (very creative, right?) in my opinion. Valleys are graceful.
