Love Amusement Parks but there is no good place near Seattle. Don't even think of mentioning Enchated Village.

The two parks up in the Pacific Northwest that I'd recommend are Silverwood in Idaho (some awesome coasters) and Playland in Vancouver.

Silverwood has some great coasters, but is far from most everything!

Playland is right in Vancouver and can easily be found. They've got a great classic woodie and while you're up there, you can visit the capilano suspension bridge! ;-)

Now, if you happen to be in Seattle during the Western Washington State Fair, by all means go to Puyallup and enjoy those coasters then as well. That's just a bonus in addition to the other two.

Hope that helps!

Enchanted Vill.. oops.

Oaks Amusement Park located somewhere in Oregon is all I can think of.

BTW you guys, California and Alaska are not part of the Pacific Northwest.

I would travel a bit down to Cali b/c there you'll find a ton of great parks. If your looking for great thrills, go to Six Flags Magic Mountain, it's about 40 bucks for a one day tickets, and Magic Mountain has got about 17 coaster plus many more thrill rides.

If your looking for atmosphere or theming, I would send you to Walt Disney Land in Cali as well. Great great park, a few coasters, nothing too crazy, but has great theming atmosphere and food.

If you want a list of all Theme parks in Oregon, Washington, and California, which seems to be your area, go here.

We don't have amusement parks like they do in Cal,if we had them we could only go in the summer, most of our recreation is indoor type and there isn't much of that.
