That's actually pretty normal at this stage of pregnancy. Your body is coping with a lot of extra fluid and that baby is pushing on your diaphragm so you can't breathe as deeply as normal. The little racing episodes are usually due to a smal drop in oxygen or blood pressure and are your body's way of resetting itself. You should be seeing your doctor soon so ask him/her about it or call if it worries you.

i had the problem as well. Talk to your doctor next time about it. It is usually nothing but they will want to check your blood pressure and what not. You are getting close to the end and sometimes your blood pressure can start to rise causing the rapid heart beat. I would talk to your doctor next time you go, or if it starts to happen a lot more frequently call them.

I have had a similar experience when I was pregnant . I was being monitored by my doctor for high blood pressure but it wasn't too big of a concern. I think it was probably my blood pressure. I would talk to your doctor about it.

That's called palpitations and you need to tell your doctor today [like now!] Does it feel like there is something fluttering in your chest like a small bird?
This is not normal for pregnancy- call the doc!

There called palpitations. Though I can't explain why you have them. I have them because I have a heart murmur .
You should ask your doctor about it. It's most likely nothing big
so don't worry

I have heard that when your blood volume increases during pregnancy your heart has to work harder so this is pretty common. However, they are heart palpitations and you should tell a doctor about this.

You should bring this to the attention of your doctor. You could have developed high blood pressure or something else. Just call her/him.

That could reall be so many things. I would not worry about it but I would just ask your doctor what he thinks it could be. Better safe than sorry.
