Only the Gay Cross Dressers are Gay. Some male cross dressers are straight and end up stretching-out their girlfriend or wives panties!

Since you can't wear short sleeves, try a cute dress with long sleeves and a V back. A water bra will help level out your shoulders and hips in a tight dress. Or, if you have something with flowing fabric, something with a lot of folds around the waist that tightens at the but and chest, that might help. If you have broad shoulders, you could try something sort of 80's with those shoulder pads, I'm not totally into that style, but it might work on you. Oh, oh, I just got an idea: A pencil dress that hugs your neck, with elbo long bell bottom sleeves. It's 70's. I don;t know where you could find one, probably a thrift store. And knee high platforms. I don't really know much about fashion, but I hope I helped.

Not all cross dressers are gay. As a matter of fact I remember reading somewhere that most cross dressers are straight. They just dress up in women's clothes to escape, since it's such a social taboo for a man to wear women's clothes.

The vast majority aren't. Some studies in fact say only about ten percent are gay, which is roughly the same as the proportion of gay men in any general group.
And Aztric is right. Sometimes cross-dressing men are hot. Certainly Tim Curry in Rocky Horror.

No, male cross dressers are not gay. They just like women's clothing.
A lot of women like to dress up in men's clothing.

Cross dressers, or transvestites as some prefer to call themselves, are not all homosexuals. Interestingly enough, many of them are very much so heterosexuals having a fun time on the town. Now I will admit that yes, some cross dressers ARE homosexual, yet please remember that many aren't. That's their business. Not mine. I myself prefer running into the Elvis Presley impersonators myself! They are rather funny with the sideburns and what not!
