It would depend on who took the photo, they will own the copyright and control over the image usage. If you were paid to have your photo taken, then your contract governs ownership and usage of the image. If the photo was taken from a public place your permission is not required even if you are on private property. If your company used your security pass picture without asking then, unless your contract says so then no, they should not have used it without your express permission. You only supplied the image for the purpose they asked it for.

Do you work for said company? If you do you might have signed a waiver saying it is ok. I had to sign one at my job. If you have NO affiliation at all with the company. They cannot use your photo without signed permission.
